The Truth is, THE MARKET NEEDS YOU:
- In 2006, only 0.09% of the purchases in our area were VA, yet we were teaching agents how to do VA. By 2010 it was over 10% and we stood out as the recognized experts. With a military concentration, San Diego was a great place to start. However, there are other areas of the state with significant veteran populations who still aren’t using their VA benefit. Each of the areas we’re hiring for should have over 5,500 more VA loans than they currently do.

Required Experience & Other:
- A must: 12 to 15 loans closed in the last 4 years. We’re not looking for a top producer, or someone with a current book of business. But we do need you to know loans well.
- Be NMLS licensed nationally and in California.
- Current working knowledge of FNMA, FHLC, FHA, and VA guidelines.
- Have reliable transportation, maintain a current valid California driver license, and maintain the minimum level of insurance required by California law on your personal vehicle.
Your pathway to profitability – the first 12 months
- It all starts with the amazing opportunity to go through our 4 week VA Success Training where you learn the knowledge, receive the tools, and understand our simple sales and marketing strategy to successfully launch in your community.
- Following VA Success Training, be able to sell our vision because you believe in it. Start attending local agent events and build an overall network of agents to invite them to educational seminars.
- In the first 3 months, build a positive reputation in territory/community where people know, like, and trust you. Teach 40-50+ agents per month about VA lending. By month 12 have successfully presented to and educated 300+ agents.
- By month 4 generate 10 leads/month from agents that have attended your educational classes and those that know of you by your positive reputation in the community.
- By 9+ months, you should be generating 20-25+ inbound leads per month.
